SIGAL INVEST – Shoqëria Administruese e Fondeve të Pensionit Privat dhe Sipërmarrjeve të Investimeve Kolektive sh.a. është person juridik i themeluar më 21.01.2006 dhe i regjistruar në Qendrën Kombëtare të Biznesit më datë 31.01.2006 me NUIS – K61423001P, me seli në Rr. “Ukraina e Lirë”, pas Kullave Binjake, midis Ambasadës së Kosovës dhe asaj Zvicerane (Pallati i Ri Teknoprojekt), Tiranë, me licencë nr. 2, datë 28.04.2022 lëshuar nga Autoriteti i Mbikëqyrjes Financiare, përfaqësuar nga Z. ELVIS PONARI, Administrator.

The purpose of the company is to manage private pension funds and assets of collective investment enterprises, based on license number 2, dated April 28, 2022, issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

The management company administers:

• The SIGAL Private Pension Fund with Open Participation – a licensed private pension fund with open participation, licensed by decision no. 51, dated March 30, 2011, by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
• The SIGAL PRO Private Pension Fund with Open Participation – a licensed private pension fund with open participation, licensed by decision no. 251, dated December 20, 2022, by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
• The SIGAL INVEST Open Participation Investment Fund with Public Offering – SIGAL INVEST licensed by decision no. 17, dated February 28, 2023, by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
