Mr. Naim Hasa General Advisor of the SIGAL Pension Fund with extensive experience in the field of Social Security.
Mr. Hasa has held the position of General Administrator of the Pension Fund Management Company for about 14 years, and has extensive experience in implementing and managing work in the field of state and private pensions.
Mr. Hasa also holds the positions as: Chairman of the Association of Life Insurers, Pensions and Investment Funds.

Livja Gjika është Drejtore e Departamentit Ligjor, Burimeve Njerëzore, Përputhshmërisë dhe Parandalimit të Pastrimit të Parave & Financimit të Terrorizmit në Shoqërinë Administruese të Fondeve SIGAL INVEST.
Me një eksperiencë disa vjeçare në këshillim dhe shitje në fushën e sigurimeve pranë kompanisë SIGAL INSURANCE GROUP ku ka mbajtur pozicionin si Specialiste e Marrjes në Sigurim dhe më pas si Juriste e Shoqërisë Administruese të Fondeve SIGAL INVEST.
Znj. Livja zotëron titullin “Avokat” pranë Dhomës së Avokatisë Tiranë dhe Master Shkencor në Drejtësi (Msc).
Gjithashtu Znj. Gjika ka mbajtur pozicionin e Juristes së Shoqatës së Siguruesve të Jetës, Pensioneve dhe Fondeve të Investimeve nga viti 2020 – 2024.
Edmond Koçi is a regional director at SIGAL UNIQA INVEST.
With many years of experience in consulting and sales in the field of telecommunications in the largest telephone and insurance companies, since 2018 Mr. Koçi has been part of the SIGAL UNIQA INVEST Fund Management Company where he has held the position of Regional Director and since 2024 he has also held the position of Deputy Director of the Company.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tirana, in Economics.
General Administrator / Member of the Board of Directors
Mr.Elvis Ponari is the General Administrator of the Pension Fund Management Company and Collective Investment Undertakings “SIGAL Life UNIQA Group Austria” sh.a.. Mr. Ponari is a financial engineer with postgraduate education, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in banking and insurance and a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance. With a 10-year experience in insurance in Vienna, Austria, where he held the position of Regional Director at UNIQA Group Austria sh.a.. Also, Mr. Elvis Ponari has a 3-year experience as a manager at the Bank of Albania and then in the role of Legal Director of the local company ALBGAZ. Currently, he is a board member at SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA sh.a., in Kosovo.
In addition to his expertise, Mr. Elvis Ponari has been a lecturer in numerous training courses in the fields of auditing, supervision, risk management, financial management and budgeting at universities and domestic and foreign financial institutions.

Mr.Klement Mersini has a rich background and experience in the financial field.
Currently, Mr. Mersini holds the position of Director of the Financial Department at the largest Insurance company in Albania, SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA sh.a.
Mr. Mersini graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana in the Finance - Accounting department (1994-1998), while he continued his postgraduate studies and is currently a PhD candidate. Mr. Mersini is a Chartered Accountant (since 2002) and an Authorized Accounting Expert (since 2010). He has also received several qualifications and trainings in Albania and abroad, mainly on supervision and reporting in insurance companies, risk management, asset management, Solvency 2, IFRS 4, IFRS 17, etc.

Mr.Abdyl Sarja, in the capacity of Director of the Legal Department of the largest Insurance company in Albania "SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA" sh.a. has a good experience in establishing the organizational and legal standards of the company.
Mr. Sarja has been the General Secretary of “SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA” j.a. since 2013.
He graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law (1996-2000). Mr. Sarja holds a Master's degree in European Law and International Relations in France (2003-2004) and a Bar Degree (since 2005). He has also received several qualifications and training in Albania and abroad.
After graduation, Mr. Sarja worked as a Specialist Lawyer at the District Council, Tirana (2000-2002); as a Specialist in the Legal Sector in the Professional Support Department; (2002-2004), as Head of the Legal Sector (2004-2005) and finally as Director of the Legal and Licensing Directorate of the Insurance Supervisory Commission (now the Financial Supervisory Authority) (2005-2006).
Mr. Sarja is a board member of SIGAL LIFE UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA sh.a.Kosovo (since 2008) and Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Insurers Association of Albania. He has also served for two terms as a Member of the Tirana Municipal Council.

Z.Edvin Hoxhaj, General Administrator of the Company "SIGAL LIFE UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA" sh.a. with rich experience in the field of insurance in general and life and reinsurance in particular.
Mr. Edvin Hoxhaj graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics (1984-1988). He attended Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Polytechnic University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, in the years 1993-1994.
He has also received several qualifications and training in Albania and abroad, mainly on Insurance (Non-Life and Life) and Reinsurance as well as Business Management.
Mr. Hoxhaj began his career in the insurance industry working at the Insurance Institute of Albania in July 1992, where he held several positions: Manager of the Property Insurance Office (1992-1996); Director of the Motor Department (1996-1998) and Deputy General Director and Member of the Supervisory Council (1997-1999).
Given his thorough preparation and long experience, Mr. Hoxhaj is a contributor to several entities in the insurance market in the country and in the Balkans.
Currently, he is a board member of SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA sh.a. (since 2008); member of the Advisory Board of SIGAL UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA sh.a., Kosovo (since 2012) and member of the Advisory Board of UNIQA Life a.d. Skopje (since 2014) North Macedonia.

Ardian Totokoci comes from a long experience in the field of management.
Mr.Adrian Totokoci, comes from a long experience in the field of management and economics, with experience in leadership positions in state foreign trade institutions.
Mr. Totokoçi graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics (1980-1985). Mr. Totokoçi completed postgraduate studies at Manhattan University (1992-1993) in the United States of America.
