LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PENSION FUND<\/strong><\/h3><\/h3><\/div>

Law No. 56\/2020 \"On Collective Investment Enterprises\" approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Albania and the regulations issued for the implementation of the law by the Financial Supervisory Authority are the foundation of the activities and operations of the \"SIGAL\" Investment Fund. The requirements of the law and regulations form an integral part of the \"SIGAL\" Fund Prospectus.<\/p>\n<\/div>

CUSTODIAN OF THE SIGAL FUND<\/strong><\/h3><\/h4><\/div>

The Custodian Bank, where the assets of the SIGAL Investment Fund are held, is the American
\nBank of Investments. The Fund does not carry any risk from the Custodian Bank or the Management Company, according to Albanian law and international principles for the creation and management of Funds.
\nThe assets of the Fund cannot be subject to claims or executions made in the name and on behalf of the creditors of the Management Company or the Custodian.
