risk from the Custodian Bank or the Management Company, according to Albanian law and international principles for the creation and management of Funds<br \/>\nThe assets of the Fund cannot be subject to claims or executions made in the name and on behalf of the creditors of the Management Company or the Custodian. The Fund cannot be part of bankruptcy proceedings.
